THE PROCESS:

STEP 1

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

Once payment is received, your hair test kit and stool test kit will be shipped to the address provided. Each kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure proper sample collection and accurate results.

After samples are collected, they are mailed directly to the laboratory using the prepaid shipping materials included in the kits.

The comprehensive blood panel is completed at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location at a convenient time.

In addition, a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day nutrition log are completed to provide deeper insight into symptoms, lifestyle habits, and dietary patterns.

After everything is submitted, we will schedule an onboarding call to review your health history and discuss nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

STEP 2

THE PROTOCOL

Once all lab results are received, a follow-up call will be scheduled to review your results in detail and provide a fully customized protocol tailored to your lab findings.

Protocol Length:

Each protocol is customized based on your test results. Most range from 12 weeks for mild digestive imbalances to 20 weeks for more complex concerns.

While the gut-focused portion is time-specific, HTMA recommendations provide foundational support and can continue beyond the initial protocol.

STEP 3

ONGOING SUPPORT

This includes one 30-min call once a month and messaging support through Telegram chat for 12 weeks after the initial session.

(Note: If your protocol is longer than 12 weeks, there will be an additional $300 fee per month of support.)

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of testing do you offer?

I recommend that all clients complete an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and a GI Map (comprehensive stool test to evaluate gut health). I also recommend including a comprehensive blood lab panel.

Digestive symptoms aren’t the only sign of gut imbalance. Many underlying gut issues can be “silent” and still impact things like energy, hormones, skin, mood, immune function, and metabolism. This testing helps us determine whether you’re properly absorbing the nutrients your body needs.

Most clients who come to me have already tried various approaches—naturopaths, diets, supplements, testing—without seeing lasting results. What sets my approach apart is that we focus on uncovering the root cause of your symptoms using functional testing and the foundational basics that are often overlooked, rather than relying on quick fixes. By addressing the underlying issues, we create results that last.

I generally recommend completing this program before becoming pregnant, as it allows time to build up mineral stores and fully prepare the body. During pregnancy, our options are limited, so the program is most effective when done in advance. However, you can still receive guidance and supportive information while pregnant. We will simply avoid certain testing and supplements that are not appropriate during this time.

I currently work with clients throughout the United States (with the exception of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island), as well as clients across Canada.

Yes. I offer flexible payment plans through Affirm.

I do not offer refunds due to the nature of the service.

Yes. It’s best to test the hair at least 6 weeks after it’s been colored or on hair that hasn’t been colored. For example, if you only do a partial highlight, but don’t color underneath, then you can use the hair underneath and don’t have to wait the 6 weeks.
